Proshanti Women Foundation is a non-profit, non-political, voluntary organization committed to reducing poverty, empowering women, and improving the socio-economic well-being of marginalized communities in Bangladesh.
Our mission is to empower women, youths, and vulnerable groups by providing vocational skills, education, health awareness, and sustainable livelihood opportunities—helping them achieve economic independence and a better quality of life.
We envision an inclusive and equitable society where every woman and youth can live with dignity, access essential resources, and participate in social and economic development without discrimination.
Women are often the most vulnerable to poverty and social injustice. By empowering women with skills, education, and opportunities, the overall development of families and communities becomes stronger, more stable, and more sustainable.
We operate programs in vocational training, women’s empowerment, youth skill development, healthcare awareness, sanitation, child protection, migrant worker support, environmental conservation, and community education.
We promote maternal and child health, family planning, nutrition, sanitation, and awareness about communicable diseases. We also assist in establishing community clinics and health service facilities (upon approval).
